Call for Expression of Interest (EOI)
Digital Media Foundation (DMF) is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to the digital transformation of Nepal’s journalism and media ecosystem. Its work includes policy advocacy, organizing digital literacy campaigns, and conducting skill-development projects for journalists and media professionals.
To expand its existing roster of consultants and service providers, DMF invites expressions of interest from qualified professional service providers in relevant fields. We are currently seeking applications for the following services and goods:
Individual Consultants
- Digital Journalism Trainers and Mentors
- Writers and Editors (for resources/publications)
- Media/Social Science Researchers
- Graphics/Web Designers
- Proposal and Report Writers
- IT/Internet policy experts
Service Providers

- Vehicle Rentals / Travel Ticketing
- Hotels and Event Venues
- Printing Services
- Stationery Supply
Requirements (Individual Consultants):
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred)
- At least three years of relevant experience
- Excellent language competency is required

Requirements (Service Providers):
- Company/firm registration and tax clearance certificates
- Demonstrated experience in providing similar services
Application Procedure
Interested applicants are invited to submit their expression of interest through the online application form on DMF’s website. Reviews and acceptance of applications will take place on an ongoing basis.
Applicants should provide detailed information about their qualifications, experience, and area of expertise. Eligible consultants will be included in the roster for the period of 2025 to 2027 and may be contacted to submit detailed technical and financial proposals according to project and organizational needs.
