‘Online Patrakarita Hate Kitab’ released

Digital Media Foundation in collaboration with Communication Registrar Office, Bagmati has release an online journalism handbook for journalism practitioner and university students.

Rewati Sapkota, the communication registrar believes that this handbook will fill the gap of limited academic resources for journalists and university students. This book covers theoretical and practical aspects of online journalism form basic understanding to technical tools, trends, legal and ethical practices.

Edited by senior journalist and renowned editor Binod Dhungel this book comprises nine chapters written by six authors, Umesh Shrestha, Rishikesh Dahal, Divakar Pyakurel, Prabesh Subedi, Rabiraj Baral and Bikash Karki. Entitled ‘Online Patrakarita Hate Kitab’, this book’s all chapters are written in Nepali.

‘This is an output of a series of discussions and quality research work form chapter authors’ Sapkota stresses. Global and national both context are well considered while working for this book, believing a big contribution for Nepali Journalism – Sapkota says.
